Meeting Periodically, throughout the year the members of this committee inspect and make recommendations concerning the physical plant of St. Cletus.

Finance Council

Meeting: Third Monday of every other month beginning in January 7:00 PM
This council advises the pastor concerning the administration of parish finances, the management of funds for the operations of our parish, and the repayment of our debt to the Archdiocese. Parishioners with personal interest and/or skills in accounting, financial management, and banking are welcome to submit their names for membership. A commitment of three years on this council is requested.

Endowment Committee
The funds in our endowment are monitored by our parish's Endowment Committee. The committee consists of not less than six (6) nor more than nine (9) parishioners and the Pastor of St. Cletus. The chairpersons of the Parish Council, the Finance Committee, and the School Board are ex officio members of the Endowment Committee. The committee reviews earnings reports, sets policies regarding distribution of earnings, prepares reports for the parish, promotes the endowment, etc. The committee meets quarterly, with two of those meetings (in January and July) for the purpose of considering distributions. Members serve strictly on a voluntary basis. 

Office Assistant & Computer Assistance

Periodically, the parish office needs assistance to answer the phone, for large mailings and for data entry. Depending on the size of the project, the time commitment consists of a couple of hours to a couple of days.

Parish Council

The fundamental responsibility of the parish Council is to establish and nurture a vision for St. Cletus Parish. This vision represents the desire and commitment of the Council to work for the transformation of people, to identify and respond to the needs of people through effective ministries, and to intentionally plan for the future. Parish Council members are selected every three years and serve together as a group for a three-year term of office.

Parish Picnic

Our annual Church Picnic is held in late May or early June. It is a major fund-raising event for operational/capital improvements at our parish. The picnic is one of our best community building activities of the year. Volunteers are needed for the organization of the picnic which usually begins in January. During the one day picnic, there are many ways for you to participate, even if you just have a few hours to contribute.

School Board

Meeting: Fourth Thursday of every other month 7:30 PM
Members of the Board advise the pastor in establishing the policies governing the education of children at St. Cletus School. Members are elected to a three-year term.

Money Counters

Meeting: Several teams meet on Monday to count the Sunday collection.
