Youth Sports
One of the primary activities of the Men’s Club is to operate and maintain the youth sports program for St. Cletus parish. It is an excellent way for both Moms and Dads to participate in our children’s lives. Under the direction of the Pastor, the St. Cletus Men’s Club organizes and administers soccer, volleyball, basketball, and baseball/softball programs for children in grades K – 8. All children of the parish are invited to participate with the St. Cletus Comets in interscholastic competition with other area Catholic schools. Some juvenile leagues are also available for high school students. For current information, policies and online registration, please visit the St. Cletus Sports Website The mission of the St. Cletus Sports program is to provide athletic activities for the children of the parish that help them develop in body, mind and spirit. Our goal is to motivate and challenge each child to reach his or her fullest potential in a Christ-centered learning environment, and provide them with the opportunity to participate in interscholastic competition with other area Catholic schools. We are members of the Catholic Youth Association (CYC) For more information about this organization visit: www.cycstcharles.com The Concession Stand is located in the St. Cletus School cafeteria. It is operated by the Men’s Club and staffed by parent volunteers during scheduled games. The Men’s Club is always looking for Men and Women to volunteer as head coaches, assistant coaches, sports coordinators, managing jerseys, referee coordinator, etc. Sports programs are organized and operated by the St. Cletus Men’s Club President: Billy Howle. |
